1. Assist in recruitment and selection, including job postings, interviews, and offering, etc.
2. Responsible for all HR operational matters such as assist in employee onboarding/exit process, resolve operational problems and clarify benefits. Administer and monitor work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations, handle medical insurance and work injury claims, etc.
3. Handle all aspects of personnel administration inclusive of maintaining employee database, leave management, monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s statutory requirements, including CPF contributions and tax filings, etc.
4. Support performance management, employee appraisals, and career development initiatives and other HR-related events.
5. Ensure clear communication between employees and management, respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, and processes, promoting transparency and a positive company culture.
6. Assist in periodic HR reports, such as org chart, manpower report, payroll report, levy report, etc.
7. Assist in preparing for internal and external HR audits, ensuring policies and procedures are in compliance with legal standards.
8. Ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act, leave policies, and other statutory requirements.
9. Review and update HR policies regularly to ensure alignment with company goals and statutory requirements.
Perform any other ad-hoc HR related/administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirement
1. Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills
3. Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility
4. Proactive in problem-solving and able to work under pressure, well-organized in handling multiple tasks.
5. Proficient in MS Office and local government systems
