• Effectively manage project’s quality, timeline, budgeting and finance processes from end-to-end.

Experience and Attributes

• 1.5 - 2 years in the Marketing/Advertising industry highly preferred
• Ability to manage, plan and prioritise time, while being self-motivated to achieve outstanding results.
• Eye for detail, with the capacity to learn fast and drive their own personal development.
• Strong organisational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• A team player who is hungry to learn, proactive and ready to pursue excellence.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Salary: $4,000 - $5,500

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as a personal assistant to the boss, supporting the establishment and operations of the company in Singapore.
2. Oversee daily office operations, including management, documentation, and internal/external communication and coordination.
3. Liaise with colleagues from China, Indonesia, Thailand, and New Zealand, with potential travel if necessary.
4. Assist with basic bookkeeping and recruitment screening tasks in the initial stages.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience as a personal assistant or secretary.
2. Diploma or higher qualifications.
3. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a quick learner.
4. Detail-oriented
5. Familiarity with collaborative tools like Lark (willingness to learn is acceptable).
