Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on content creation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content design.
• Experience with social media platforms and their advertising tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative and analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Video editing and animation experience (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut).
• Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

• This positon is open to Singaporean or Permanent Resident only.
• Communicate with the management and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates.
• Conduct the negotiations during the course of the project in order to ensure issues are resolved.
• Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project.
• Monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance to building contract law.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
• Prepare the cost analysis for the project in order to ensure the overall value is enhanced.
• Monitoring subcontractors, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs
• Preparing labour and supplier accounts for payment
• Writing reports detailing costs and progress
• Review project budgets and expenditures to ensure they stay within the available budget.
• Work with various stakeholders, Project Managers and Contractors, to facilitate smooth project operations.
