Our client is seeking an Accounting Executive to join their team on a 1-year contract. Key Responsibilities

• Provide accounting support and advice to Business Units
• Manage Accounts Payable by ensuring vendor invoices are properly certified, authorized, and recorded accurately and timely, following up on AP Vendor SOA reconciliation discrepancies, maintaining Vendor/Employee Master data, and coordinating staff claim submissions
• Manage Accounts Receivable by verifying requisition forms are in order and authorized before issuing customer invoices, and maintaining Customer Master data
• Reconcile and resolve intra-company discrepancies
• Review accruals from Business Units for accurate year-end closing
• Ensure prepayments are amortized correctly over the relevant period
• Oversee control of Fixed Assets, including leased assets
• Prepare balance sheet analysis
• Assist in yearly Business Planning preparation and reporting
• Report any irregularities in daily operations to the Accounting Manager
• Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Educational Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Diploma/CAT in Accountancy or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience

Working Experience

• Experience in General Ledger/Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable with statutory reporting
• Knowledge of Accounting standards, GST regulations, and other tax compliance
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a good team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP Systems, preferably SAP

Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding , Pricing)

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with overseas and local customers update with shipment status

· Prepare quotations to and submit to customers

· Understand customers requirements

· Follow standard operating procedures

· Update the rate regular into the systems

.. liaise closely with the operations team and customer to ensure shipment move smoothly

· Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements:

· Preferably good knowledge of both Freight operations and sales processes

· Positive attitude and sales/customer service-minded

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the freight forwarding (Air & Ocean) industry within commercial areas, preferably with ocean exposure

· Min 3 o level and above, self motivated to develop and grow together with company

Good command of English and Mandarine

Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Manage and maintain the AV resources and systems in the school.
• Provide AV technical support for school events and classroom activities.
• Perform AV inventory management and maintenance with vendors including procurement of AV resources.
• Assist in the school broadcasting (e.g., TV Broadcast System) and digital learning environment (e.g., Lecture Recording System).
