Key Responsibilities:

The Wealth Control Analyst is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Programme Executive

• Working days: 5.5days
• Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
• Working location: Eunos & Around Welfare Home *require to visit other welfare home for meetings
• Salary range: SGD 2600 - SGD 3000

Job Details

As a Programme Executive, you will be part of the Centralised Programme Coordination Team, and will be responsible for ensuring that programmes are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner that meet the required standards of relevant policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation of programmes across different facilities, ensuring that they are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Work closely with facility staff to develop and implement programme plans
• Monitor and evaluate programme performance, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between facility staff, programme participants, and other stakeholders.
• Manage programme budgets and resources

Job Requirements

• Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting
• Relevant working experience in healthcare or social service sector

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community
• Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong the company's community.
• Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system
• Relationship manager for the company's community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, detail-oriented and ability to manage different projects at once
• Get things done attitude, self-driven
• You are very meticulous and independent, able to set own priorities with time management to complete projects timely
• Diploma / Degree Graduates without experience are welcome to apply as on job training will be provided!

• You love to learn and expand knowledge in Computer Science and/or Engineering
• Strong communication and problem solving skills. Open-minded and dynamic
• You are eager to shape the skills and minds of our next generation in equipping them with the right digital skills You have prior teaching experience, be it tutoring, or team training

Location: West Coast Plaza OR Singpost

Company background: Learning in Coding / Robotics for Primary & Secondary school kids.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (5 days per week, Wednesday to Sundays, PH OFF)

Salary: $2800 to $3500 per month + quarterly / annual bonus
