Your key responsibilities:

Your skills and experience:

• Issue ad-hoc documentation (wordings agreed with Legal) and other miscellaneous documentation tasks where required
• Assist with the review of and update of procedures and guides
• Conduct quarterly checks on security documents based on required scope
• Provide effective support for queries from Front Office
• Contribute to the successful delivery and enhancements of systems and processes

Primary Job Requirements

Education

• Preferably graduate degree in banking/finance but not absolutely necessary provided candidate has the relevant experience

Experience

• Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in credit documentation
• Experience in documentation of property and/or life insurance financing will be an advantage
• Experience in private banking documentation is an advantage

Skills

• Documentation is an acquired skill. Candidate must be meticulous and has an eye for details
• Able to prioritise, organize and work independently
• Good written and communication skills
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to accept new assignment and challenges in a rapidly changing environment
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications is a pre-requisite

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest infestations, and implementing effective pest control measures. Your role will involve treating infested areas, educating clients on prevention methods, and maintaining accurate records of services provided.

• Perform thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations
• Apply appropriate pest control methods, including the use of chemicals and traps
• Safely handle and apply pesticides according to established procedures
• Educate clients on effective pest prevention techniques and sanitation practices
• Document all services provided and maintain accurate records
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Stay updated on the latest pest control techniques, products, and industry developments
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical practices
