Role Overview: The Financial Controller will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping and Accounting:

Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is a must for this role as the company is MAS regulated

Strategic Role:

To ensure the department’s operations comply with Singapore regulations and align with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies set by TM Global, it is crucial to monitor and enforce adherence to both local legal requirements and internal policies. Regular reviews should be conducted to stay updated with regulatory changes, ensuring continuous compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance

• Compliance with Singapore local regulation – Ensure adherence to local regulations by liaising with relevant authorities, such as IMDA.
• Ensure operations are in line with the policies approved by headquarters
• Audit – Coordinate audit-related matters, addressing findings from internal or external auditors, and develop strategies for improvements based on their recommendations.

2. Sales & Account Management Assistance

• Provide support to sales representatives in preparing and managing agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), Memoranda of Understanding (MOU), and Letters of Intent (LOI).
• Order submission and tracking – Maintain an inventory of sales orders and monitor their progress until completion, using trial billing as a reference.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Support the customer onboarding process by preparing required documents, such as NDA, company registration certificates, financial reports, and performing internal and external credit checks.
• Update and maintain client records, ensuring customer information is accurate in Salesforce.

3. Finance Support

• To support the sales and finance teams in coordinating payment collections.
• To assist sales and finance in resolving billing-related issues, including customer disputes, rebates, and adjustments.
• To assist sales & finance in verifying supplier invoices.

4. Data and Reporting

• Coordinate, manage, and prepare reports required by relevant departments, such as Sales Performance reports and Inventory reports.

5. Product Knowledge and Training

• Monitor and track the completion of required tasks or training by employees, ensuring timely compliance with HQ requirements, such as LinkedIn Learning courses or the NPS survey

6. Market Research and Analysis

• Gathering and analyzing competitor information and market trends.
• Supporting the team with insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
• Assist in researching potential business opportunities and identifying new clients.

7. Communication and Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and finance, to align on campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate sales events, product launches, and other activities to support the sales pipeline.
• Ensure alignment between sales and support teams for a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business-related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, negotiation, coaching, process management, finance, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, decision-making, customer understanding, product management, and managing profitability.
• Ability to manage processes, foster teamwork, and handle complex situations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (creating formulas and data analysis).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Capable of managing multiple complex customer requests/tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct review and analysis of credit risk assessment.
• Conduct independent and impartial credit risk analysis of existing and potential borrowers for (amongst others) creditworthiness and repayment capability.
• Prepare and present annual and quarterly “Credit Review” to the Branch Senior Management for existing and potential customers within stipulated framework
• Independently support credit rating application proposed by Credit Investment Department.
• Preparation of monthly report to Branch Senior Management (at Credit Committee Monthly meeting) tracking disclosure and receipt of financial statements, and completion of Credit Reviews and CRR reviews within timelines pursuant to Head Office and branch’s P&P.
• Preparation of monthly self review checklist reporting department’s work schedule to Branch Senior Management.
• Preparation of financial and non-financial covenants via respective quarterly and monthly report to Branch Senior Management, together with detailed verification of individual covenants certificate provided by agent banks undertaken from time to time.
• Liaise with Head Office regarding credit control when necessary, which includes but is not limited to communications by e-mail or telephone.
• Organize Credit Committee Individual Proposal/Monthly meetings.
• Prepare and circulate minutes thereof and maintain originals together with related materials so presented.
• Conducting research and producing report on credit issues relevant to branch’s credit portfolio.
• Assist, train and provide oversight for junior or new colleagues to facilitate smooth running of CC Department operations.
• Undertake, assist and support CC Department’s drive to shift away from mechanistic compliance to individual assumption for practices that promote a culture of accountability and good conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• At least 5 years of credit analyst experience in banking industry with writing credit papers

Job Purpose

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all construction and technical documents for the company. She will be implementing processes and tools, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems, distributing documents, and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for creating and maintaining a filing system that supports efficient informationmanagement with the project team.

•Effectively follow the Company’s standard operating procedures in submissions of documents andresponsible for complying with Project Control System procedures for proper documentation.

•Conduct regular review audits to ensure information on all records is accurate and up to date.

•Provide administrative support for site set-up and maintenance.

•Coordinate with all departments to assure that all documents are kept in the right place and in theright department file archive to ensure consistency across the business.

•Ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the document’ssubmission due date. Not all employees follow the standard format thus making it the responsibilityof a Document Controller to edit documents that have typographical errors and other types of errorsthat may lead to the disqualification of a document.

•Submission of samples, drawing, ISO document and progress weekly report to respectivestakeholders.

•Follow up with consultants for the approval of samples, including coordination with the tradeconductors.

DOCUMENT CONTROL ASSISTANT / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

· To take direction from Document Control Manager

· To be able to work as a proactive team member

· Management & filing of all Project documentation (Outgoing & Incoming)

· Preparation of Document Issue Packages to meet Project stage deliverables as defined by the Project Team Leader

· Checking that all documents meet defined AEDAS standards before being transmitted, and to highlight non-compliances to team members responsible. i.e. File name & drawing nomenclature compliance (Checked against any earlier revisions).

· Maintenance of Electronic PDF in project folders reflecting:

o AEDAS “Current“ Documents (Drawings, Specifications, Reports)

o “Current” Documents from all other Consultants

o “Current” Documents from Contractors as Submission Packages documents

· Downloading, Internal distribution and eventually filing of contractor submissions

· Uploading of commented documents via Workflow

· To fully engage with the usage of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and any other electronic document control systems pertinent to a project.
