Job Duties and Responsibility:

• Check and ensure Daily posting of invoices and reconcile are correct
• Follow-up with CPO on outstanding invoice issues and resolve them promptly
• Responsible and ensure receiving team follow Hotel P&P receiving processes
• Prepares Daily F&B Cost Report
• Liaise with F&B to ensure F&B Cost are within Budget
• Check and perform OC & ENT cost transfer posting
• Check, verify and perform inter-department cost transfer posting
• Check, verify and consolidate all documents for inter-hotel transfer and submit AR/ AP to bill/ make payment
• Check and consolidate all documents for Grand Shanghai to verify and submit AR to bill
• Perform Month-End Beverage Inventory Count
• Perform Mth-End closing for F&B P/L Costing posting
• Prepare pre & post P&L for BQT events as and when requires
• Prepare events package P/L costing as and when requires
• Perform Cost Analysis and verification
• Conduct and perform yearly OE inventory
• Conduct Surprise checks on F&B stocks
• Check and ensure F&B menu items creation in POS pricing and cost are correct
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Tertiary/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
• Preference with accounting and hotel background will be advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity
• Working Knowledge of SUN accounting, Microsoft Office, POS or relevant software
• Independent, self-driven with the ability to multi-task
• Support and uphold the company mission and core values

Job Description:

• Document control including the issue of letter and making cover letter
• Collect and register all documents in company’s system and keep stakeholders updated on new document version
• Submit and upload documents according to company procedure
• Handle records accurately
• Supporting for administrative matters
• Any other tasks as assigned by PM/EM/AM of project team.
• Any coordination works between Project Team and Client, Subcontractors and Authorities, etc
• Attending the meeting with client and making the minutes of the meeting
• Schedule and Material Control on site
• Response as public relationship officer
• Making progress report
• Supplier control with Administration Executive
