Core Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and smooth credit control and administrative support to our Credit division
• Handle call-in/WhatsApp enquiries
• Follow up with customers for overdue instalments
• Update payment entries
• Prepare and issue reminder letters, 4th and 5th schedules
• Facilitate vehicle redemption, prepare and issue release letters
• Manage filing of loan agreements and related documents
• Provide daily full settlement quotations
• Complete end-to-end full settlement documentation
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
• Candidates with related working experience will enjoy a higher starting salary
• Good command of English, with both written and oral communication

• Collaborate closely with the Front Office and other support functions to assess the creditworthiness of counterparties.
• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of counterparties and assign internal ratings.
• Present credit files and requests for credit lines to regular Credit Risk Committees.
• Engage with the Front Office in developing and maintaining counterparty relationships.
• Negotiate credit, collateral, and payment terms in contracts, working alongside the Legal and Front Office teams, including ISDAs and physical master agreements.
• Oversee credit risk indicators, exposures, limits, and utilization for a portfolio of counterparties.
• Address inquiries from the Front Office regarding potential trade exposures and available credit limits.
• Stay informed about news and credit events that impact the portfolio of counterparties.
• Understand risk calculation methodologies and collaborate with the Risk Methodology team in Europe.
• Analyze significant transactions and present findings to GEMS and Group-level committees.
• Develop credit risk frameworks and methodologies for new products and markets.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.

Job Purpose / Role:

At Allianz Commercial, our Finance Operations team maintains optimal receivable levels by using automated processes, providing full transparency and receivable risk assessments. Our experts produce valuable financial insights for the company and help to protect its assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all accounts receivable / payables are settled as per agreed terms of settlement and booked correctly. This includes the coordination, clarification and balancing of unbalanced items and resolution of differences.
• Perform credit control function of Accounts Receivable/Payable and related account reconciliations as assigned. Ensure transparency of Accounts Receivables / Payables balances in own are of responsibility and actively drive resolution of issues.
• Prepare/review outgoing statements and execute corresponding settlements with the counterparts (e.g., Allianz / AGCS OE´s, Reinsurers, and brokers).
• Remind due Accounts Receivables and perform corresponding cash allocations.
• Document application of policies, procedures, and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility and archive records to satisfy audit and statutory requirements. In this regard you can also draft standards to improve quality.
• Work collaboratively with other Functional areas (Operations, Accounting, Claims) in establishing processes, booking flows, accuracy completeness controls and resolution of differences/queries.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with internal & external counterparts. Provide professional and timely customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Requirements /Skills / Experience:

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• You have proven experience in accounting and credit control practice in an international environment.
• Ideally experience in insurance accounting.
• Analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret complex data and processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint to analyse and present data in a compelling way to a variety of stakeholders. Database skills would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a professional, international working environment.
• Data-driven and innovation minded.
• Fluent in English (able to negotiate) and other languages would be an advantage.

Position Summary

• To provide secretarial & administrative support to the Head of Capital Markets & all Capital Market staff.
• To organize & coordinate events for Bank Customers
• To handle adhoc projects for Capital Markets

Responsibilities:

• Provide a broad spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties to Head of Capital Markets and all dealing room staff.
• Scheduling and setting up meetings, video and audio conferences; including booking of meeting rooms for department head & staff
• Liaise with different personnel of all levels (Internal & External) on a daily basis in the updating & collation of reports, schedule, coordinating activities and communications.
• Establish and maintain organizational files and records of matters in progress and follow-up to ensure actions are completed.
• Managing and coordinating business travels for department staff, including arrangement of accommodation, travel itineraries, visa application and claim submissions.
• Take care of accommodation and meeting agenda of oversea visitors.
• Event Management – organizes customer seminars, road shows and staff incentive trip in Singapore and to travel overseas to take care of such events.
• Drafting and writing of correspondences (emails, letters etc)
• Assist staff in preparation of pitches and presentations
• Record and update all details of accounts approved by MD and ensure dealing room monthly expenses are within the budget / processing of Team’s expenses
• Minutes taking for adhoc department meetings
• Administer some of the processes of approvals in GRANT, HR, RPC, Permanent Controls and Kiwis
• Ensure reports for LGMD that are required are coordinated in a timely and accurate manner
• Responsible for collating and disseminating research reports to all clients
