Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all accounts receivable / payables are settled as per agreed terms of settlement and booked correctly. This includes the coordination, clarification and balancing of unbalanced items and resolution of differences.

• Reviews daily Tugboat orders to identify and optimize deployment gaps in order so as to help reduce operational cost
• Works closely with Technical Superintendents to plan and reduce Tugboat service down time so to ensure service level is maintained and revenue loss is reduced
• Performs cold-calls to other Tugboat service providers to update them of our tugboats location to see if there are potential enquiries that we can serve
• Prepares daily Tugboat order log sheet for recording, planning and monitoring purposes
• Updates and manage Service logbooks for invoicing purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum O’ Level or equivalent certificate
• Preferably 1 years’ experience in Tugboats / Launch scheduling and deployment will be advantageous
• Knowledge and experience in in port agency and management will be advantageous
