Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in facilitating the Community Care Apartments (CCA) flat selection sessions for prospective residents for the period of March 2024.
• To share with residents about the model of care at the CCA, including the scope of services under the BSP and other add-on services.
• To share with residents about the different payment options and offer financial counselling to ensure awareness and prudence of residents.
• To facilitate the signing of the BSP agreement, including the execution of necessary administrative and documentation roles.
• To conduct a short questionnaire to better understand future resident demographics and assist Atlas Care in the necessary data collection/management.
• Support ad-hoc assigned tasks as required

Period:

• 4 to 27 March 2024

Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri from 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Prorate based on $1800/month

Location:

• Toa Payoh

Requirements:

• Minimum A level, with or without work experience are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive working attitude, meticulous, and responsible
