- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders by providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Ensure the efficient and professional implementation of HR strategies, programs, and services by collaborating with functional centers and shared service teams.
- Advise managers on addressing various employee matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions, in a fair, transparent, and objective manner.
- Assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate and support performance evaluations and engagement surveys in partnership with business leaders.
- Oversee the execution of processes in alignment with established policies, ensuring all necessary approvals and inputs are obtained.
- Evaluate issues by considering diverse perspectives from all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of information, outcomes, and workflows, ensuring secure storage in compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage individuals across various levels.
- Healthcare experience will be preferred
