We are the leading hair centre in Singapore specialising in TCM-based solutions. You will be responsible to achieve both the outlet’s and your personal sales targets. You will be responsible for evaluating progress towards these targets and implementing necessary solutions. Additionally, you will manage daily outlet operations, which includes handling customer complaints, motivating staff, providing guidance and coaching, and managing paperwork. You will also oversee outlet personnel duties and human resources responsibilities, such as managing annual leaves and shift schedules.

Qualifications:

• Min 3 years experience in Beauty industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering and presentation of lesson content to students.
• Supervising of students (P1-P6), ensuring that they complete their daily homework.
• Ensuring the safety of the students at all times.
• Ensuring the safety of the children during transfer from their schools to the centre.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements：

• Experience in working with children will be an added advantage.
• No experience needed as training will be provided.
• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in any discipline
