- Conduct reviews and updates of the Group’s IT servers, systems, and applications, aiming to recommend effective solutions for enhancements, upgrades, migrations, or other necessary changes.
- Regularly assess and refresh Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are current and meet operational needs.
- Review and update off-site IT storage solutions, such as backup servers or cloud systems, to confirm they are secured with appropriate IT security measures and protocols.
- Provide support and maintenance for the Group’s enterprise applications, including but not limited to the RIS-PACS, Health Management System, email platforms, finance system, and CRM.
- Oversee the maintenance and support of the Group’s servers, network infrastructure, VPN, firewall, security, and other IT-related setups.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure the Group’s applications and associated equipment function efficiently, with preventive maintenance carried out as scheduled.
- Ensure the continuous, smooth operation of servers and IT hardware, including server cooling systems, 24/7.
- Participate in IT audits as needed.
- Engage in various IT projects, including but not limited to setting up new centers and managing RIS-PACS implementations.
- Facilitate network connections for modalities and other equipment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Information Technology, Information Services, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of medical information systems, such as CMA/HIS, RIS-PACS, LIS, is advantageous.
- Strong background in IT security, networking, firewall technologies, and server management.
