Working Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday
We are looking for a Special Needs and Inclusive Education Specialist to work with children aged 7 to 12. In this role, you will nurture and support students' growth, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborate closely with your team to ensure students’ well-being and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and supervision for students with diverse learning needs.
- Plan and monitor IEPs, student progress, and activities.
- Organize daily routines, exercises, and activities for physical well-being, life skills, and hobbies.
- Foster positive communication with parents, caregivers, and staff about student progress.
- Participate in organization events and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Prior teaching experience is required.
- Experience in working with special needs individuals is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A strong passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
