Operations & Controlling

· Responsible for managing & optimising all aspects of vessel operations of dry bulk vessels

· Ensure that communication with all parties including vessels, local offices, procurement department, ship managers, agents, stevedores, other associated companies, and sub-contractors is done correctly and in accordance with existing work instructions and valid charter-party and contract conditions.

· Respond to any problems that arise during the voyage and put in hand whatever corrective measures may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Being responsible for managing all issues relating to the execution of the voyage, this includes – but is not limited to – the following specific matters:

· Monitor the day-to-day operation of the vessels.

· Prepare and distribute Voyage Instructions.

· Prepare appointments to agents, surveyors, etc

· Ensure optimal sailing routing for vessel

· Cargo Plan and bunkering plan preparation for the voyage

· Preparation of hire/freight invoice as well as follow up with all payments and receivables from counterparty until file closure.

· Responsible for ensuring that required Letters of Indemnity are prepared in accordance with company policy.

· Responsible for ensuring that all necessary and appropriate notices are given to the insurance and claims department.

· In case of claimed damages to either ship or cargo, the job holder is to ensure that the appropriate actions are taken to protect the company´s interests, seeking guidance as needed.

Job Resoibsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and act as primary fund administration client relationship manager for fund accounting and other related services
• Be actively involved in business development to pitch for new client engagements
• Set up the fund administrative services workflow and best practices, including evaluation of any fund accounting software where necessary
• To handle all fund accounting activities which includes periodic financial statements, partner allocations, NAV calculations, annual reporting requirement, and capital activity statements etc

Job Requirements

Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated, sales manager to join our team. We offer a highy unique opportunity to work directly with our core leadership team to formulate and drive customer acquisition strategies, go-to-market plans, as well as institutional partnership initiatives. You will be expected to be a self-starter in a hyper-growth industry, creating investment opportunities for prospective clients, using both online and in-person conferences events to generate investor interest in both DigiFT regulated platform and it’s regulated listed and traded assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Head of Sales and Marketing teams.
• Assist with the design and build the sales capabilities to support the growth of DigiFT.
• Help develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional and accredited investors through a strong personal network as well as DigiFT’s resources.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships, including from helping with client product queries, account opening and working with clients to define a digital asset strategy
• Work with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth go-to-market launch in different markets.
• Represent DigiFT at key events and conferences to generate sales leads and customer pipeline, build brand awareness as well as co-ordinate with eco-system partners for referrals.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in traditional finance and/or DeFi sales with a proven track record.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, ability to self-educate and able to work in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Multi-lingual is a plus (English and Mandarin) as you will be working across different cultures and geographies.
• Authorized representative to sell securities under Singapore MAS or Hong Kong SFC considered a big benefit for consideration.
