This full-time, on-site position plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction. Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Operate telephone switchboard station. Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and non-registered guest calls. Advise guest of any messages received. THE ROLE

As our Customer Success Manager at Digify, you can choose to work on-site at our Singapore office or remotely, with occasional travel to Singapore as needed. In this role, you will play a key role in onboarding, engaging, growing, and retaining customers. This dynamic role involves demonstrating our product, educating customers to drive adoption, nurturing them for expansion opportunities and retaining the customers satisfaction. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Serve as the primary contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption of Digify's platform.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of communication, both internal and external, along with the proper execution of customer orders from initial inquiry through delivery of product on domestic and international sales. The Sales desk must contribute to the planning, direction, and coordination of the sales and customer service efforts of the Company for generating revenue and profits respectively.
