Key Responsibilities

Project Management

- Responsible and track the quality, scope, timeline, effort (co-related to estimation, CR’s, complexity), resources (includes GTO, business, contractor, Professional Services resources as well as operations),

- Develop and execute the overall project plan and analyse project proposals which impacts the schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of the project.

- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.

Stakeholder Management

- Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers to manage project stakeholders and relationships e.g. escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc. Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment

Scope Management

- Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work Review and assess all changes and impact to timeline and ensure all changes are approved by PSC

Project Governance

- Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by Investment board. Organize and facilitate PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings.

Risk and Issue Management

- Manage overall project risk, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance and related issues. Implement the risk mitigation plans.

Process Adherence

- Partner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that the system development methodology is followed and the relevant artefacts are delivered on time with quality, in adherence to the development methodology/approach

Project Reporting

- Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders at various levels of organization across the enterprise with the right quality, consistency in content. Implement project communication plan and review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required

Project Scope

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, ensuring they align with PDPA regulations

Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

· At least 10 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

· Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

· Experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, Personally Identifiable Information Protection, and regulatory projects is mandatory

· Strong and proven Stakeholder Management skills, problem solving skills and can-do attitude

· Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fundraising Manager to lead and execute our fundraising efforts. This individual will oversee all aspects of fundraising and donor relationship building while supporting leadership in shaping the future of our organization.

The role encompasses managing key functions such as gift stewardship and administration, data management, and prospect research. This individual will manage and oversee donor and prospect databases, develop and implement policies, and coordinate gift processing and stewardship to ensure the timely acknowledgment of all contributions.

• Set annual fundraising targets and track progress against goals.

2. Donor / Funder Relationship Management

• Oversee all aspects of donor stewardship, including managing the donor reporting schedule, fostering donor engagement, and coordinating donor communication.
• Prepare grant proposals, applications, and reports to secure and retain funding.
• Maintain compliance with funder requirements and deadlines.

3. Event and Campaign Management

• Oversight of donor engagement at all official CEF events (including invite list).
• Play lead role in executing plans for events inclusive of budgeting, project scheduling, programme development, venue sourcing, preparing administrative briefs and ensuring a smooth programme for internal and external stakeholders.

4. Development Communications Support

• Assist in developing stories and content to engage community, donors, and stakeholders. This includes social media, videos, collateral and website management.
• Design and craft proposals that align with the funding priorities of CEF.
• Collaborate with Operations team in producing regular donor annual report.

5. Outreach Matters

• Oversee outreach events.
• As required, work with other administrative teams on cross‐functional projects as well as shared duties.

6. Data Management

• Manage all aspects of donor and prospect database and serve as the point person for all data management matters.
• Track and analyse fundraising performance.
• Oversee all resources relating to fundraising related statistics and prepare regular reports for senior management and Board.

7. Prospect Research

• Assist in identifying and qualification of prospective major gift donors.
• Collaborate closely with the Fundraising Committee on developing cultivation plans for prospective donors.
• Oversee and manage the donor pipeline.

8. Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

Technical Competencies and Work Experience:

• A good university degree, preferably in marketing, communications or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including ability to effectively communicate with donors and prospects.
• Microsoft Office applications. (Office 365 – Words, Excel etc.)
• Able to work under pressure and meet datelines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in fund raising development or related roles in non-profit sector.

About the Role:
As a Growth Manager, you will take ownership of multi-channel performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads.
