We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Customer Service officer to support the daily operations of our customer service team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing customer inquiries, addressing feedback, supporting complaint resolution and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service. This role is crucial in helping the Customer Service Manager achieve service excellence and maintain customer satisfaction within the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service officer in overseeing daily customer service operations to ensure smooth and effective processes.
• Support the team by providing customers with detailed information about our products and services, aiming to enhance their experience.

The Job:

· Liaise with the licensees operating at the range

· Provide feedback on the conditions and improvements at the Driving Range for the enjoyment of golfers, and assistance during golf practicing

· Maintain a control record of credits transfer for SGA Player/JGDP/Staff/damage cards

· Coordinate in conjunction with supervisor all promotional activities/event at the range

· Recommend sales promotion and other activities beneficial to members

· Monitor and ensure facilities are clean and in good condition

· Promote sales of semiconductor equipments, parts, materials and services to achieve sales targets

· Work with customers and principals in sales activities like presentation, quotation, specification confirmation, negotiations, commissioning/acceptance and post sales services

· Build and maintain good rapport with principals and vendors

· Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and provide solutions for long-term success

· Conduct evaluations for system, parts and materials with customers

· Execute plans to increase market share for assigned products and services

· Collaborate with suppliers, principals and internal staff to achieve smooth and prompt sales and technical service support

· Prepare sales reports for internal and external use

· Work diligently with customers and suppliers on consumption pattern and forecast planning to prevent missed sales and excess inventory

· Input comprehensive HOMS record from all customer engagements in a timely manner

· Complete all required sales reports, records and ISO documentation timely

· Response to customer queries swiftly and timely

· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services

Requirements:

• Min. diploma in Engineering qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Sales driven, creative, dynamic, and independent.
• Good communication in oral/written skills in both English and Chinese needed
• Equipped with 3rd language (Japanese/Korean language) will be added advantage
• Able to multi-task, highly organized, detail oriented, good team player
• Able to response/work on off office hours and travel for overseas

Job Description:

- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Requirements:

- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Familiarity with construction/ project management software

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- A team player with leadership abilities

- BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Legal Manager to spearhead our in-house Legal Counsel needs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for reading and writing contracts, making sure the company is meeting its legal requirements, assisting on the legal side of fundraises, and coordinating with counterpart legal counsels. What You’ll Do

• Advise, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts (including commercial contracts, service agreements, marketing agreements, joint venture agreements and NDAs).
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Protecting utu’s intellectual property.
• Provide legal support for fundraising activities.
• Assist on the legal side of M&A transactions.
• Advise on regulatory matters including employment laws, personal data protection laws, payment services, medical/health laws and regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive research on various legal and regulatory issues.
• Provide legal advice for the company’s operations in various jurisdictions.
• Liaise with external counsel, both domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Experiences & Skills

• Law degree required (LLB/JD or equivalent).
• Called to the Singapore Bar or any Commonwealth country’s Bar.
• At least 4 years of experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proactive with strong organisational skills.
• Previous experience in commercial law or the technology sector will be viewed favourably.
