The incumbent leads Factory’s Engineering Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. • Degree and above / relevant Trade Certifications in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Industrial Engineer or related
• 7 years working experience (with at least 3 years in managerial or leadership role) in FMCG manufacturing companies in a similar role preferred or relevant experience in leading medium to large scale projects involving process improvement or installation of new production line.
• Able to read, write and speak fluently in Chinese and English.
