Job Description

• Assist Project Manager in the effective implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team
• Verify the overall list of errors, construction detail and design, defects and variations based on construction plans and drawing designs before construction and or processing payment to subcontractors
• Manage people and organisational functions such as perform on-the-job coaching and to track employees’ productivity.
• Plan, forecast and track sub-contractors work progress, provide weekly scheduling and conduct daily coordination meeting to ensure project target timeline are met by sub-contractors, including logistic arrangement for daily operation needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 6 years of relevant working experience preferably with a main contractor
• Experience in managing deliverables and milestones: on time/within budget/meeting business needs
• Good people management skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and teams on the project
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills

Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for the audition, evaluation and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.
2. Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes on a weekly basis and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).
3. Good hosting skill, singing and dancing.
4. Strong leadership skill and excellent conflict resolution abilities.
5. Maintain discipline within the Artiste and other staffs.
6. In charge of schedule and selection of performing artiste for specfic event's performances.
7. Submit weekly performance schedule to operation manager.
8. Responsible for planning, preparing, setting up and performing shows.
9. Coordinate with the stage crews and oversee all rehearsals.
10. Responsible for the administrative matters of the Artiste including reportings to management.
11. Willing to work on evening, weekends and eve and public holidays.
12. To provide additional support as required by Management.
13. Keep track of overall performances of the performing artistes and overall on-stage performance.

Requirements

1. Min 2 years of relevant experience in the night establishment.
2. Maintain good relation with customers.
3. Ability to communicate well with staff or Artiste from East Asia.
4. Has experience as an Artiste.
5. Knowledge of Mandarin Pop is advantageous.
6. Strong stage experience.
7. Able to consistently meet target set by management.
