Overview
Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. The appointment holder will also support data governance and protection in RHSO.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
1. Digital engagement with HSG CRM
Ā· Establish a digital strategy for the residents in NUHS cluster using HSG CRM
Ā· Responsible for business-as-usual operations of the CRM
Ā· Monitor progress and update to management on a periodic basis
Ā· Support the HealthSG Taskgroup meetings.
Ā· Support NUHS teams in running campaigns according to NUHS Comms editorial calendar, and NUHS event calendar
Ā· Manage stakeholder engagements to adjust and implement changes to the operational workflows and service delivery for better outcomes
2. Development of RHSO Learning Management System
Ā· Define the strategy and roadmap for RHSOās learning management system (LMS).
Ā· Devise and optimize workflow processes
Ā· Engage and support stakeholders, perform requirements gathering and ensure operational feasibility.
Ā· Perform procurement of LMS (new or renewal) including contracts and agreements review with internal and external stakeholders.
Ā· Responsible for business-as-usual operations and managing of resources (manpower, budget, etc) for RHSOās learning management system.
Ā· May include use of multimedia and digital software in graphic design, video editing, web/UI/UX development and animation creation.
3. Data governance and protection
Ā· Work with data protection leads from other Divisions to ensure RHSO compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and MOHās data-related policies and initiatives
Ā· Provide support/ advice on enquiries from other Divisions for use-cases or initiatives that would require data related actions (e.g. storage, transfer, encryption).
Ā· Provide incident management advice and/or support as needed and ensure that data incidents and breaches are responded to and managed effectively.
Ā· Review Data Sharing Agreements that may be entered into between RHSO and other organizations when needed
Ā· Plan and develop training and communications materials for RHSO staff
Requirements
Ā· A degree from a recognized university, with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably within healthcare industry
Ā· Relevant working experience in product management for IT or learning management systems (2 years min), with previous deployment of educational IT resources as a plus
Ā· Experience in managing interactions and integration across different departments/teams
Ā· Proficiency in the domain of data protection, data governance and PDPA obligations
Ā· Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ā· Previous experience in UI/UX development, digital design, animation and video editing work as a plus
