Position Description
This position is responsible for sales growth of all NEWAYĀ® products business within the stated region for NEWAY with direct responsibility for distributors/agents in the region.
Main Responsibilities
Specific Job Responsibilities
Ā· Develop and maintain strategic level relationships with mainly new and to some extend with existing customers
Ā· Visit potential customers to for new business prospect
Ā· Develop profitable new business and growing share in the existing customer base
Ā· Meet a defined sales target to achieve and operate within established policy guidelines
Ā· Maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship
Ā· Manage (complex) sales cycles from lead to closure
Ā· Coordinate complex cross divisional sales projects
Ā· Prepare and implement business plan
Ā· Act as a senior contact between Neway Valve and customers
Ā· Communicate customer needs and requirements to internal departments
Ā· Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Ā· Gather leads and market /customer information
Ā· Regularly update in sales administration tools

Qualifications/Requirement.
Ā· Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree required.
Ā· At least 3-5 years of sales engineering experience, preferably within Water/ Wastewater industries within SEA regions.
Ā· Excellent communications and coordination skills and a motivated team player with clear leadership, strategic planning and execution skills.
Ā· Proficient with computers, Microsoft software and ERP System.
Ā· Good communication skill, presentation skills and able to liaise with factory.
Ā· Candidate should be open to travel 50% plus of the time.
Ā· Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.
