Skills for Success

• Min Diploma / Degree, preferably in digital media or digital product design, UXUI design
• Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience in digital UXUI design/product design (agency/inhouse)
• Proficient in Figma tool
• Proficient in user interface design (UI), user experience design (UX), and/or concept ideation and prototyping
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Keen interest in design and the design community
• Bonus if have experience in agile methodology

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community
• Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong the company's community.
• Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system
• Relationship manager for the company's community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (5 days per week, Wednesdays to Sundays, PH OFF)

Salary: $2800 to $3500 per month + quarterly / annual bonus
