About the Role:

As the manager of APAC-TSC (Technical Support Centre), he is responsible for formulating, enforcing and supporting in the countries of the APAC region for all repair services / technical issues. Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and growing Samsung’s Enhanced Partnership Programme, a key initiative offering exclusive perks and benefits to curated partners across the private, public, and educational sectors. This role focuses on expanding the partner network through strategic acquisition and engagement while optimizing program performance to deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential partners across prioritized sectors to expand the program.

· Develop and manage a robust pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

· 3-4 years of experience in business development, account management, ideally in a B2B or eCommerce environment.

· Proven ability to build, manage, and grow partnerships, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

· Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and develop long-term relationships.

· Excellent analytical skills with experience tracking program performance, interpreting data, and providing actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets: Solicit and develop new deposit and loan accounts; deepen wallet share of existing customers by spotting and delivering on cross-selling opportunities.
• Act as first line of defense: Prepare credit proposal and propose appropriate credit mitigants for new loan applications; Proactively manage and monitor accounts to minimize non-performing loans; Ensure timely submission of credit review and strict compliance to laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a Medium Enterprise Banking or in Non-Bank FIs/Fintech lenders serving wholesale customers.
• Demonstrated records of overachieving sales target under high-pressured working environment whilst balanced with risk awareness and management; experience in credit memo writing and credit structuring is a must.
• Comfortable in cold calling potential clients.
• Good understanding of Medium Enterprise loan, trade, and cash products.
