• Tertiary qualification in related building, business and policy making disciplines.

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for building and delivering our core content for the Group, creating compelling, informative, and engaging narratives to support Toll’s engagement with customers, conversion and revenue through digital and email channels. Manage content workflows, approvals and publishing processes to streamline production. Review and edit content to ensure it meets quality standards, factually accurate, and adhering to brand voice, guidelines and tonality.
• Monitor and report content performance with analytics tools to track content success and ROI, email campaign performance and deliverability rates, using insights to refine content strategies and improve future content. Ensure all content is legally compliant, adhering to copyright laws and industry regulations, email marketing laws and regulations (opt ins, opt outs) following proper protocols for sensitive or regulated content
• Design, write and create engaging email campaigns that are responsive, visually appealing and optimized for different devices with the support of email marketing platforms. Conduct email campaign optimization and develop automated email workflows, using segmentation strategies to nurture prospects, promote cross sells and gain win backs. Manage and segment the email list to ensure targeted communication with specific customer segments. Monitor and report content performance with analytics tools to track content success and ROI, email campaign performance and deliverability rates, using insights to refine content strategies and improve future content. Develop and implement an overall email marketing strategy identifying target audiences and segments to create personalized and relevant email content.
• Collaborate with the Toll Design Studio – focusing on content copywriting and design to produce visually appealing and engaging materials. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote content effectively

To Be Successful, You'll need:
