Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

You are required to perform your duties in strict accordance with the company’s instructions. Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, officers’ relationship, administration and mounting of new projects in accordance with the company's objectives. Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for security personnel. Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies. II- Responsibilities

✓ Act as a point of contact between officers, clients and deployment manager. This includes collation on guards’ request off day, site logistics etc.

✓ Assists deployment manager for deployment of manpower, e.g., daily cover of shortfall and events. This includes calling officers at site to check on their reporting timing and presence.

✓ Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures

✓ Ensure on manpower deployment planning align with government regulations such as deploying officer not more than 12 hours shift, deploying officers with notification to PLRD has been completed, deploying officers to site according to client’s contract specs. and etc.

✓ Conduct training and/or arranging training and supervise security officers not limited to security exercises such as Fire Drill, participating in SCDF CERT audit and etc.

✓ Attend client meetings to determine operational needs/gather client feedback

✓ Close any operational gaps after meeting and this include submitting minutes of meeting accordance to client contract specs.

✓ Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events

✓ Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms

✓ Review reports on incidents and breaches, includes investigate and resolve issues
