• Work closely with counterparts such as cross functional team and distributor to maximize sales with appropriate production
• Create monthly demand & supply plan and negotiate with distributor
• Explain demand & supply thinking way to cross function team to secure production allocation for future months
• Simulate and create rundown to discuss with distributor based on supply outcome
• Input monthly full spec orders into global system and ensure accurate orders is sent to production side
• Visit distributor and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy
• Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasures with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Marketing/Economics/Engineering/Finance related

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Role

• Achievement of school enrolment and store revenue budget of music school (branch)
• Teachers’ management and administration (more than 50 teachers full and part-time)
