Achieve/Exceed Store Sales Plan

• Deliver and execute on pre-determined Annual Net Sales plan whilst meeting budget
• Understand and analyse the business needs, productivity, KPIs and provide business insights

Build Client Portfolio

• Lead the execution of the Tiffany Clienteling Programs in order to grow client portfolio
• Know and cultivate Top 10 Tiffany Registered (TR) customers in the store

Operational Excellence

• Manage efficient Back of House and ensure consistency with established operational procedures

Customer Service/ In-Store Experience

• Ensure highest levels of in-store luxury experience at all times

Sales and Account Development

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to drive adoption of IRECKONU’s cloud-based middleware solutions and Customer Data Platform within your region.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas by building a robust pipeline of new customers and upselling existing accounts.
• Identify and target hotels, management companies, and ownership groups that can benefit from IRECKONU’s solutions.

Your Profile

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hotel tech sales or a related field, ideally selling SaaS solutions tailored to hospitality.
• Proven success in closing deals with hotels, hotel brands, or management companies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working independently, meeting sales targets, and managing a diverse sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and systems (e.g., PMS, CRS, guest engagement platforms).

Preferred Skills
