• Build and maintain client relationships and act as primary fund administration client relationship manager for fund accounting and other related services
• Be actively involved in business development to pitch for new client engagements

Job Requirements

• Provide legal advice and support to functional units including drafting of contracts, negotiation, and contracts documents administration.
• Liaise with internal and external lawyers for dispute resolution.
• Drafting contractual letters to the Clients Consultants, Subcontractors on Extension of time claims, etc.
• Maintain detailed records of all contract-related activities and provide regular reports to senior management on contract status, risks, and issues.
