The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of contract negotiation, execution, and compliance for logistics-related agreements, ensuring that both legal and business requirements are met. The Contract Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, operations, and finance teams, as well as external clients and service providers. The incumbent must be able to work well under pressure and have a legal or procurement background with the willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and finalization of contracts related to logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, supply chain management, and third-party logistics (3PL) agreements.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (A Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution is preferred.)
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sector (background in procurement would be strongly preferred)
