Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing projects from inception to completion. This role involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager works closely with various departments, teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success, mitigate risks, and solve problems as they arise. Core Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Initiation:

· Develop and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

6. Risk and Issue Management:

7. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and status updates.

8. Project Closure:

· Ensure all project deliverables are completed and meet quality standards.

· Archive project files and ensure all project documentation is properly stored for future reference.

Qualifications/requirements:

· Degree in Human Resource Management or Business or related field

· At least 3 years of experience in HR operations in Singapore

· Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and the Employment Act

· Maturity and ability to navigate through varied employment regulations and challenges

· Flexibility and willingness to be very hands-on in all aspects of the role

· Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information with tact and diplomacy

· Prior experience in F&B industry is a must

· Speak, write, and fully understand both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with directors

· The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully.
