Your Role
This role will focus on account management, client interaction, and overseeing car collection/drop-off processes. By taking ownership of these responsibilities, the Customer Care Associate will enable our Sales team to focus on generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Sales Team.
• Handle client requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage the coordination of car collection and drop-off to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Monitor and follow up on client satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to address vehicle availability and condition for seamless service delivery.
• Work closely with Sales to understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions and support.
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional first impressions.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• A valid driving license is required to perform essential job duties, such as car collection and drop-off operations.
