Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and suppliers across various categories.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility and achieve sales target.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Maintain contacts with clients, and provide feedback.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
• Coordinate with sales and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Mandarin(to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
• Able to work under pressure with a positive, flexible attitude.
• Able to lead and motivate a sales team and implement measures to retain a great team.
• Dedicated to providing great customer service.
