Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Sales to understand clients’ requirements.
• Ability to liaise with oversea associate to come out with details drawing and visual.
• Work with QS and prepare drawings, costings, quotation and proposal.
• Work closely with Project Sales to manage project tasks and work schedule.
• Meet and present Design proposals to clients.
• Follow-through all required clients’ communications and correspondences.
• Maintain excellent customer relationship.

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial fit-out.
• Able to handle commercial projects (Retail F&B and Commercial Office experience is an added advantages)
• Work well in a team, is discipline, positive and willing to learn and grow with the team.
• Knowledge of using ZOOM, Google Docs and MS Office preferred.
• Competent in using software(s): AutoCAD/Google SketchUp/3D Studio Max/Photoshop.
• Flair in creative and have a passion for spatial design.
• Service oriented, proactive and have an outgoing personality
• Organise, can multitask and detail in work.
• Design and Build projects scale ranging up to $2mill

Responsibilities As part of the team, you would be responsible for the development and risk management framework across asset classes, in alignment with industry standards and regulations.  You would establish monitoring processes by developing risk and investment models for the group’s systems to provide accurate risk and reporting and monitoring. You would provide risk analytics support which includes liquidity and credit risk, VaR and TE analysis. Requirements You would have a degree or post graduate degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, financial engineering, statistics, actuarial science) with 5-10 years of experience in financial modelling, investment analysis in different asset classes or related function. About the Role Working closely with the Group Internal Audit team, the manager will provide value-adding independent audit services to the Audit Committee, Group Office, senior management and the regulator on the company's capacity to manage risk and to provide reasonable assurance that the system of internal controls, as designed, is achieving its objectives. An experienced Internal Audit Manager who is able to liaise with AIA key stakeholders such as the Audit Committee, Group Office, senior management and the regulator on the company's capacity to lead audit projects seamlessly WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Plan, lead/support and execute audits within the organization in accordance with the annual audit plan approved by the Group and Local Audit Committee. Ensure that the working papers, draft audit reports and other deliverables meet internal standards and assignments are completed within budgeted time. Communicate the results of audits and other assignments via written reports and oral presentations, and provide professional advice and insights in order to enable informed management decisions. Build relationship with senior leaders and work with them to contribute and address issues on risk exposures and controls. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory inspectors on audit related matters. Whenever required and at Group Internal Audit's request, to undertake audit assignments outside Singapore and also special investigation projects. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting or Commerce Qualified accountant: CA, CPA or equivalent Minimum seven years of internal/external audit experience in the insurance, financial or a related industry with supervisory working experience Knowledge Superior knowledge of audit methodologies and audit-related application Strong understanding / experience in the insurance industry Hands on experience in audit planning and control requirements Proven governance and control philosophy Hands on experience in data analytics tools, scripting as well as all data analysis and visualisation functions would be an advantage. About the Role Assist in the management of both macro and credit fixed-income portfolios with the objective of delivering excess returns against benchmark. Managing credit fixed-income portfolios with a focus on Asia fixed income Types of portfolios managed include Buy-and-Maintain as well as Relative Return portfolios. Seek excess return by performing fundamental, technical and valuation analyses and by monitoring credit-related news and relevant market trends. Assist in the monitoring of applicable limits to ensure that all portfolios are within risk tolerances and constraints and compliant with all applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines. Work actively with external and internal credit analysts as well as dealers to gain access to investment opportunities and market developments. About the Role This role is responsible for carrying out the critical functions in Operations and ensuring they are completed successfully within the stipulated timelines with zero financial loss. Trade Matching & Settlement - Perform trade matching and sending settlement instructions to the custodians for Equities/Fixed Income/Transfers transactions. Data input in Bloomberg AIM/IBOR - Posting the reversal of coupon/dividends/repo cash/bond transfer cash. Uploading of External Fund Managers' transactions into the systems. Confirmation of Transactions (e.g. repos, bond transfers. IDR mutual funds) in Bloomberg AIM for downstream flow to SAP FAM & 3rd party outsourced service provider. Corporate Action - Handle the full lifecycle of a corporate event from the announcement to receipt of entitlements. Process coupon claim from repo counterparties. Proxy Voting - Monitor upcoming shareholders meeting, obtain Portfolio Manager's decision and cast votes before instruction deadline Transaction Reporting - Report trades executed for the day to interested parties and stakeholders. Send contract notes for central dealing funds to relevant business units.
