• Identify inefficiencies and assess potential operational risks by terminals that do not align with service level agreements and codes of conduct.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Be familiar with local regulations to mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.

Sustainability Procurement:
• Familiarize with approaches and company policies on sustainable procurement, which may directly or indirectly affect meeting scorecards.
• Identify and support improvements in existing procurement processes while considering sustainable developments and practices that contribute positively to the company.

Cost Efficiency:
• Regularly review areas of focus, including joint efforts with local Ops leads to identify costefficiency initiatives.
• Prioritize and reduce non-essential costs through internal streamlining or external partnerships with vendors.
• Identify system/process misalignments to streamline and drive cost standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8-10 years) in terminal operations or procurement.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision making.
