Primary Job Scope:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the customer experience in our showroom, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain and manage the showroom floor area to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and assign appropriate sales staff to assist them.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow up on after-sales inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized customer database and send promotional materials, festive greetings, and birthday wishes.
- Strive to provide a delightful and memorable sales experience for all customers.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Ensure display materials are visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Manage and guide sales staff on customer service etiquette and best practices.
- Oversee the grooming and appearance of all sales staff to align with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Familiarity with customer database management systems is a plus.

- Working Hours: 12.45 PM to 9.45 PM
- Work on weekends & Public Holidays
- 5 days work week
