Job Description
• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Ensure effective follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoicing closure in accordance to our service standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and customer experience.
• Prepares the necessary paperwork, such as quotations and delivery orders .
• Follows up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers’ payments.
• Liaise with Warehouse for order picking and readiness.
• Assist and liaise with Customers on their Ad hoc requirements.
• Other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma, or an equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
