This role has to promptly & professionally attend to the customers when they walk into our service centres. Job Scope

• Attend to the needs of the customer’s professionally and quickly such that the customer’s waiting time is kept to the minimum.

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or telemarketing experience. Preferred to be in the retail or healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, clinic, massage, or spa setting is preferred.
• Passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or the healthcare industry.
• Strong customer focus, self-motivation, and sales-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and independent work abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
• Bilingual proficiency is required due to Chinese speaking customers
