Job Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while actively listening to customer needs and providing relevant assistance.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the company's programmes.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests timely, including scheduling replacement lessons and responding via phone, email, and chat.
• Follow-up with customers through calls and emails, to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about company programmes and marketing initiatives to effectively communicate relevant information and promotion to customers.

Administrative Tasks:

• Utilise company systems to track customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing lesson materials, sorting worksheets, conducting stock checks, and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Support teachers and students as needed to ensure smooth class operations and a positive experience.
• Other duties associated with the role and assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels; tertiary students, stay-at-home parents, and retirees are welcome to apply.
• No prior experience required; experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a bonus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with customers professionally and effectively..
• Basic proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) and the ability to quickly learn company systems.
• A genuine desire to assist customers, with the ability to listen actively and provide effective support.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable promoting the company’s programmes.

Work Schedule & Hours

1. Flexible work arrangement, depending on your availability and center manpower's needs
2. Work hours on weekdays: 2.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
3. Work hours on weekends: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)

Work Location

Work location will vary based on operational needs. Flexibility to work at different centers is required.

Contract & Remuneration

• Contract For Service; No staff benefits & CPF
• Hourly rates: $12 - $15 (Depending on qualification, work experience and commitment to work on weekends)

Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to the Operations Team
• Handle customer’s inquiry (phone calls/emails) and delivery schedules.
• Provide quotation to the customers and resolve any potential issues with the orders
• Assist with route planning and deploy job orders to drivers via in-house system meticulously
• Ensure all job orders are completed satisfactorily and timely
• Follow up and update system on vehicles LM/LG cert expiry date, annual LTA inspection date
• Arrange equipment, loading/unloading schedules and requirements
• Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a GCE ‘O’-level certification
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate comfortably via telephone, WhatsApp and email with customers
• Proficient in MS Office and excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven and able to handle work pressure
• Proactive, positive working attitude, strong problem-solving skills, meticulous, willing to take up challenges.
• Able to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)

Work Week: 5.5 Days (Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm)
