The Customer Experience Manager steers the strategic planning process to secure an excellent customer experience for all customers. The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:
