Compensation

• On-target earnings of $2,800 to $3,100 / month (90% base, 10% variable)
• Uncapped performance-based bonus

• To manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Coordinate with internal team and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of control systems, and Logistric Controllers to meet client requirements
• Prepare and review project documentation, including project plans, specifications, technical drawings, and operation manuals
• Conduct site surveys, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and commissioning activities at client sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, hardware and software integration
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all projects activities
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users during the implementation and handover phases
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivery of materials and services on time
• Work closer with QS/Enginer as well as management to ensure cost estimates for new projects is justifiction
