We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cafeteria Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our cafeteria. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the cafeteria, maintain high food quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for managing food service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the cafeteria, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation and delivery.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with local health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Manage equipment maintenance and address any operational issues promptly.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets for cafeteria operations.
• Monitor and control operating costs, including food, labor, and supplies.
• Analyze sales and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and profitability improvements.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting.

Menu Planning & Food Quality:

• Collaborate with chefs or kitchen staff to plan and update menus, ensuring variety and nutritional balance.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to maintain high standards.
• Respond to customer feedback and make adjustments to menu offerings as needed.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, and manage cafeteria staff, including cooks, servers, and cleaning personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for all customers.
• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety checks and staff training to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in food service management, with a focus on cafeteria operations.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• POS (Point of Sale) systems and cafeteria management software.

Inventory management tools.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges.
• Knowledge of local dining trends and customer preferences.

Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork , rebar, concreting, survey.

To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;

To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;

To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;

To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;

To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;

To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;

To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.

To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.

Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.

Accept working outdoors,the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
