Administration

• Planning work schedule of the team
• Review staff performance and provide recommendation on staff confirmation, promotion and training to enhance their work performance
• Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, disputes and work tension among the team
• Handles the termination procedures as per company’s guideline
• Effectively communicate company policies and procedures to team members, licensees and contractors etc
• Accountable for outlet float money, petty cash and daily sales collection
• Responsible for ensuring licensees’ daily sales received, are correct and being bank in
• Timely submission of outlet reports
• Ensure proper cost control on all expenses according to budget
• Carry out necessary actions against licensees and contractors for non-conformance in service, housekeeping and agreements
• Any other assigned tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

• Preferably with Diploma in F&B, supply chain or related courses
• Preferably with at least 3 years’ supervisory role in F&B sector
• Possess good knowledge of WSHA, HACCP & MUIS regulations
• Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues
• Ability to foster positive working relationships

• Full set of Accounts (Multiple Currency).
• Prepare monthly financial statements and report to management.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
• Co-ordinate responses to audit queries.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries for month-end closing.
• Monitor inter-company transactions.
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
• Perform reconciliation of fixed assets.
• Ensure that customers' funds are timely received.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST return.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Possess an understanding of Singapore tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare IR8A and submission IR21 for foreign worker.
• Problem solving skills.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Information System or Information Technology with minimum of 10 years working experience
• Minimum 5 cycles of end-to-end project management experience in semiconductor environment
• Experienced in managing change across levels within an organisation
• Strong problem solving skills
• Able to articulate all aspects of problems and solutions
• Able to identify gaps
• Able to prioritise change to achieve the overall business objectives
• Flexible to adapt a workaround solution into business process and close the loop with a long term solution
