Job Summary

The Customer Service Executive maintains a good relationship and works directly with the customers to complete sales transactions. His/her duties include responding to enquiries, providing quotations and order fulfilment.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend customer enquires through email and phone, prompt reply/acknowledgement to customer and general sales matters

• Prepare Quotations, Sales Order, Purchase Order and Invoice.

• Monitor and follow up on sales quotations and orders.

• Sales support for fulfilment of order placed by customers.

• Ensure proper documentation records and filings

• Create and maintain customer records

• Liaise with forwarder and vendor on shipment.

• Monitor and coordinate with vendor on shipment arrangement.

• Assisting China team enquiries.

• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor People

Requirements

1.GCE “N”/ ”O” Level, Diploma minimum requirement.

2.Experience in a sales support role for B2B sales will be an advantage

3.Computer Literate

4.Able to work independently with minimal supervision

5.Great interpersonal and communication skills

6.Able to start work immediately is an added advantage

• Responsible for asset transfer for all foreign and local markets, process and its inherent risks, and serves as the point of escalation for the team
• SG SBL and Trade affirmation
• Processing of scripless conversion request and share transfers
• Respond to clients, trade representatives and relevant stakeholders’ queries
• Liaise with counterparties and Custodians
• Comply with all procedures and ensure proper documentation
• Evaluate and streamline existing processes to ensure efficiency and adequate controls
• Collate Proxy instructions and prepare the forms for submission to relevant authorities
• Physical share certificates deposition for both foreign and SG markets
• Other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned
