Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field;

• Quick thinking with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle complaints
tactfully.
• Ability to motivate and support team members in delivering top-notch
service.
• Adaptability to varied situations, including busy periods and challenging
guest interactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems, and guest feedback tools is a plus.

Duties of Laboratory Technician:

• Assist in routine lab tasks such as paint preparation, panel setup, and airless spray applications.
• Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis for paint products.
• Support chemists in development projects, including managing stock levels for panels, raw materials, and lab supplies.
• Participate in trial applications and inspections outside the lab under supervision.
• Handle non-chemical waste disposal and maintain a safe work environment by following ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
• Communicate progress or delays effectively with the line manager.
• Ensure workplace safety, especially in handling chemicals, and follow preventive measures to reduce risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field

Job scopes:

• c. To send reminders email to users
• d. To oversee reconfiguration of meeting room set up
• e. To prepare weekly schedules for stewardesses / technicians

Requirements:

• Minimally GCE ‘O’ Level
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words
• With working experience as customer service executive is a plus
