Summary:
A Guest Experience Expert works across departments and deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. This is a job rotation role, incumbent to be rotated among 4 sectors (Concierge, Front Desk, Call Centre, Lounge).
Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Concierge: Main duties include overseeing doorman and bellman operations. Provide guests with local attractions and hotel information, assist in transportation.
- Front Desk: Main duties include handling guests’ check in and check out process. Cash/bank handling. Enrolment of rewards programme.
- Call Centre: Main duties include answering of calls from public, handling general enquires e.g. F&B promotions, room availability, etc, transferring of calls and handling wake-up calls.
- Lounge: Serving of F&B to VIP guests in lounge. Applicant must be comfortable touching and handling alcohol.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of NITEC (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
- 1 year of relevant experience in handling Front Office operations.
- Fresh graduates are welcome too.
Other information:
- 5 days rotating shift work-week (including weekends and overnight)
- 9.5 hours a day (including 45 minutes meal break)
- Up to 44 hours per week
- BENEFITS:
- Entitled to annual AWS and performance bonus
- $150 allowance
- Night shift allowance
- OT payable beyond 44 hours/week
