The Government Digital Products team aims to spearhead the digital transformation of the Singapore Government. Our team aspires to design and develop software applications that help government agencies better serve the needs of the people of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

· Understanding in-depth how to use / configure / work with our product

• Facilitate regular meetings with customers, internal staff, and cross-departmental teams to build strong relationships and address any concerns.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in any fields
• At least 3 - 5 years of customer service, order management and delivery management
• Prior experience in managing a team
• Knowledge of SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and IF functions

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Support Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire customer service support team, including technicians and maintenance engineers, to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

As a Customer Success Account Management (CSAM) Leader, you will be responsible for a high performing team of Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM’s and CSAM Managers) who are at varying stages of career development, portfolio and program management, cloud service management and technology expertise. This is an exciting role that will help fuel customer in ASEAN, through your leadership with business, customer, and team growth.

This role has direct people management responsibility has overall accountability for their team’s end to end Customer Success planning and delivery to an assigned portfolio of customers, while ensuring close partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Through their team the CSAM Leader is responsible for driving a repeatable and predictable business by leading a team through a coach, model, care framework driving strategic planning and the orchestration of delivery resources to drive strong customer outcomes aligned to their top priorities.

• Customer Relationship Management – You will lead by example to proactively develop relationships to further Microsoft's customer success goals with key customer, partner, and internal contacts.
