JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FIDReC/ Early Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving FIDReC/ Early Resolution complaints received from FIDReC in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary duties will include handling ongoing FIDReC/ Early Resolution cases and working closely with FIDReC case managers for resolution, mediation, and adjudication when necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Receive and assign cases from FIDReC on a daily basis, ensuring all complaints are tracked, updated in the tracker and prioritised appropriately.
• Contact clients promptly to address and resolve FIDReC complaints within the established early resolution timeframe, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Conduct prompt follow-ups on cases and maintain accurate logs for audit purposes, ensuring all interactions and resolutions are documented thoroughly and recorded in the Client Events Management System (CEMS).
• Maintain ongoing communication and collaborate with internal and FIDReC stakeholders to facilitate smooth resolution processes and address any arising issues effectively.
• Review merits of the case basing on investigation findings, table the findings, and conduct reviews with stakeholders to agree on a decision of each case.
• Ensure that all case handling and resolution processes are aligned with the bank's policies and procedures, particularly the Master Process Document (MPD).
• Work closely with FIDReC case managers to facilitate effective resolution of ongoing cases and participate in mediation and adjudication processes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes to elevate customer experience or close gaps

• To support WRB as the primary liaison between the bank and FIDReC to ensure timely, accurate, and professional handling of all complaint cases.

A day in the life:

RBE Manager, SEA markets will be responsible for planning and executing the retail product presentation and storytelling experience across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia to deliver consistent in-store / omni guest experience. This role will manage strategies for visual merchandising, instore marketing, campaigns, and new store openings, by partnering cross functionally with key audiences such as Merchandising, Retail Operations, Brand, Store Development, and Ecomm. Also providing information and presentations to senior leaders regarding local RBE strategies, progress, and results.

Visual Merchandising & Styling

• Drive & localize RBE strategies including visual merchandising, styling, and storytelling based on global / regional strategies.
• Manage pre-season, in-season, and post-season visual merchandising deliverables and strategies for merchandising and planning, brand, and retail stores.
• Work closely with regional RBE, local Brand & community, and store teams to ensure delivery into a global vision.
• Create the detailed merch map with product and storytelling execution by working closely with regional RBE team, product team & store development team for new store openings and optimizations.

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in visual merchandising, or retail brand marketing

• Supports the Centre Success Manager/s in achieving outcomes of in-house commercial activities, such as achieving renewal targets, driving income (GSI, meeting rooms and events), maintaining operational budgets for allocated centre/s.

• Enhances and delivers desired hospitality quality – e.g., know your clients, engage with clients consistently, provide input & feedback to your leader to improve the client’s experience. Utilize systems religiously (Freshdesk, Salesforce)

• Completion of a minimum of diploma/degree education qualification and/or relevant professional experience of 1-2 years. Candidates from real estate, co-working or hospitality industries are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Bike patrolling duties at public roads according to schedule

• Enforcement against illegal parking and perform checks against unlicensed operators

• Attend to feedback on enforcement related matters

Job Overview:

With 2 years of experience, the Steerman is expected to have gained proficiency in handling the SR Harbourcraft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate SR Harbourcraft with accuracy and attention to navigational details.
• Regularly check and monitor SR Harbourcraft to ensure functionality.
• Report any malfunctions, irregularities, or concerns with the SR Harbourcraft or other critical equipment.
• Proficient with charts, maps, and GPS systems.
• Lead in coordination with the rest of the crew during docking, undocking, or other crucial maneuvers.
• Assist in the regular inspection and perform minor maintenance tasks .
• Maintaining logs of navigation activities, courses, and any issues related to the SR Harbourcraft.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, operational procedures, and environmental guidelines while operating the SR Harbourcraft.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a Steerman certified by MPA.
• Ability to navigate and steer SR Harbourcraft safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with navigation systems, including charts, GPS, and other technologies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of SR Harbourcraft maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
