DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

· Handle a large volume of incoming Sales orders and Purchase orders

· Quickly detect and analyse each customer’s needs in order to assist them

· Offer accurate and appropriate advice to each customer based on their needs

· Confidently and calmly handle complaints by empathising, and eventually following up to ensure customer satisfaction

· Handle each customer call in accordance to communication policies, guidelines and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:

A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role providing customer service

A proven record of meeting and exceeding customer service expectations

Stellar spoken and written communication ability

Experience using a CRM system such as salesforce, and the ability to interpret the results

The ability to adapt the service style to the different types of customer interactions

Capacity to multi-task and prioritize the tasks at hand

ARC Tier 1 is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes

in providing technical support or customer service for complex products or services. An ARC typically

employs highly trained and specialized agents who are knowledgeable about the product or service being

supported. They may also use advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, chatbots, and

automation to assist with customer inquiries and support.

In addition to providing technical support, an ARC may also be responsible for proactive monitoring and

management of the product or service being supported, identifying, and resolving issues before they

become problems for customers. This can help to improve overall customer satisfaction and reduce

downtime for critical systems or services.

Overall, an Advanced Response Center plays a critical role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality

technical support and service for complex products and services.

ARC Tier 1 is responsible for provide first level technical support to customers. ARC Tier 1 will work

closely with ARC Tier 2, Team Leads & Technical Support Engineers to achieve this purpose. ARC Tier

1 is the first line of technical support. This team is responsible for basic customer

issues/enquiries/request/alert. It is the same as 1st Level support which provide basic technical or non-

technical support functions.

ACR Tier 1 functions and responsibilities (not limited)

12 hours shift mandataory

 Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/request/alerts (Call, Email, Webchat, EUP, IVR

handling, Monitoring consoles)

o 1st level troubleshooting of in supported systems

i.e. Workplace; Server; Network; Microsoft 365; Secure Access Service Edge; Point of Sale

o Security event monitoring

o Server and network availability and performance monitoring

o Password reset and unlock

o Perform log & route [to higher tier or Resolver Team(s)]

 Record and manage all transactions/ cases in Service Management System

 Broadcast notifications to the relevant parties

 Provide timely status update, follow up on cases escalated until closure within the service level

agreement.

Ensure daily tasks are executed according to the Standard Operation Procedure

Key Accountabilities

Location: Changi Business Park

• Organizes, coordinates and monitors customer order processing and products distribution (including, adherence to adequate standard operating procedures).
• A team player being able to rotate across various roles within function in absence of rest of team
• End to end order processing in the ERP system received via, electronic mail, phone or through other contact with the customer.
• Required to create and/or share report on daily basis
• Supervises quality of cooperation between CS and field force regarding administration of customers’ orders. Closely cooperates with the Logistics function to meet deliveries.
• Collects performance key performance indicators and reports on these including delivery performance and signals on trends.
• Evaluates and makes proposals for improvements on process efficiency, improvement on work processes, materials options etc. and implements in cooperation with the Manager.
• Acts as first escalation-level contact with customer for answers to customer questions and in attempting to resolve customer complaints.
• Ensures adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs (e.g. additional and/or alternative products).
• Determines and supervises process of registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation.
• Co-ordinate with other functions to close customer queries.

Experience

• Diploma with min. 5 years experience in customer service role.
• Process driven to deliver incremental business efficiencies
• IT skills in MS Office and SAP, Advanced Excel knowledge required, Numerate, analytical and results oriented.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, internally & externally. Customer service orientation, ability to lead a team, Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills. Self-driven.
• Able to work 5 days a week (office-based)
